“Charlie and Melissa did our renovation/new build on our 1927 bungalow that was completed in 8 months and 1 day. The scope of the project increased significantly with the discovery of a not so sound foundation. The planning and execution of each segment of the build went very smoothly. And when issues arose Charlie and his crew were able to respond quickly and to our exact specifications. The site was always looked after with as little impact as possible on our very understanding neighbors. During storms Charlie was there in the middle of the night making sure nothing was amiss. The crew and sub-trades that Charlie and Melissa employ were all stand up people with a great work ethic and an understanding of the stress a project like this is on a family. We have plans for Appleford to return to do our fence and build a new garage in the back yard.”
